We have a responsibility  on both sellers and buyers to exercise honesty and professionalism while trading on this site. We hold all payments until the buyers get what they paid for, once the buyer is satisfied we will then release the funds to the seller. In the case where there is an issue as below we will investigate and made our decision on whether the buyer is entitled to a refund or not this will based of the following

•  you did not receive the item
•  the item is not as described
•  the item arrived broken, and you think the packaging was poor take photos of the packaging and send them to us with a little details.
• The item is not authentic for e.g. the marks and stamps does not match what the sellers advertised when selling the product. The item sold to you is a fake, the seller misrepresent the product.Every seller has their refund tab on the left side of each product on the product page. Reading this and understanding it well will help with your refund application.
