All refunds are according to vendor refund policy. So check the vendor policy before you proceed to checkout.

If you find on the seller refund tab, the seller has not added a refund policy. Please contact the seller to discuss their policy. Request to have the policy added on their refund policy tab.

It’s important to check vendor/seller policies before you place an order to avoid any problems with your order.
By not reading the vendor policy tab before you place an order makes you fully responsible for any problems related to not reading product details and conditions. As you had the chance to make that decision based on what the vendor has put into his/ her policies. Here, we will not interfere between you and the seller if you did not read the seller’s policies tab. It will be up to the vendor to decide the ultimate solution to your issue.
