Antique Royal Doulton Tea Set, Circa 1901

These are the early tea sets. These tea set cups are smaller than the cups that were introduced later.

This set is in great antique condition.

The milk jug has a little hairline (please refer to images)
This is a rare pattern and shape.

The cup shapes are almost straight up; they do not expand out much like later tea cups. It’s kind of ballooning out gradually.

You could mistake it for a coffee set, but it’s not a coffee set.

4 tea cups

4 saucers

4 side plates

1 cake plate

1 milk jug

1 slop bowl (which can be used as a sugar bowl).
